Shipping

Please allow 3-5 days for pouring and designing your candles.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.  During busy seasons and holidays, it can take longer to produce orders.

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online. Most shipping providers can provide an estimated delivery date.

All orders are shipped from our manufacturing warehouse in Dallas, TX.  Our central location allows most packages to be delivered in about 3 days.


SHIPPING FEES

8 oz and 12 oz Candles - $8 for the first candle and $3 for each additional.

You will be able to see the shipping charge on your check out page and it covers ground shipping. We won't surprise you with any handling charges or hidden fees. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. 

We ship all of our candles via USPS.

WHERE WE SHIP TO - UNITED STATES AND CANADA

All duties, customs and taxes are the responsibility of the shipper or recipient.

WARM WEATHER

If our candles are being shipped in warm weather, please either try to be home when your package is delivered or have it shipped to an office.  Candles can melt in hot temperatures, therefore we don't want your order sitting outside for any extended period of time.

BREAKAGE

We take the utmost care in packaging your order.  However, breakage can happen. Please report breakage as soon as it is discovered to info@premierpersonalizedcandles.com.  Pictures of broken items will be required.

 HOLIDAYS

Premier Personalized Candles does not ship packages on days that are US national holidays. The following dates are affected and also any other dates that USPS is not delivering:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Years Day

CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

Please provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address. This information needs to include:

Name, Company Name (if applicable), Street Number and Street Name, Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable), City, State, Postal Code and Telephone Number.

**We encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order as we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.
